A Beethoven-inspired concert in celebration of the composer’s 250th Birthday anniversary. Works include excerpts from the Mass in C major, and the Cleveland Première of Jake Runestad’s “A Silence Haunts Me”, based on text from the Heligenstadt Testament. Acclaimed organist Jonathan Moyer joins the Beethoven Festival Orchestra, with Gerardo Teissonnière as soloist in Beethoven’s Fantasy for piano, orchestra and chorus, op.80 (“Choral Fantasy”).
